Nov. 1, after approval of the Standardization Administration of China, silk National Standardization Technical Committee was formally established in Hangzhou. It is reported that on November 1, the silk of the National Standardization Technical Committee Inaugural Meeting of the National Standardization Technical Committee silk at the opening ceremony held in Hangzhou, marking the silk industry standardization to a new journey.

Silk of the National Standardization Technical Committee was approved by Standardization Administration of China, the National Standardization Technical Committee silk textiles branch on the basis of the formation of the establishment of the secretariat, based in Zhejiang Kai Group, a subsidiary of hi-ya – Zhejiang Silk Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhejiang Silk Institute of Science and Technology).
