Indian Textile Minister Mr Gulihatti Shekhar claims that India will draw up a new textile policy aimed at promoting the textile industry of great change. Tuesday, a village in the Games opening ceremony that the new policy was implemented for 5 years, the government will spend 5.0 billion rupees and create 500,000 jobs. He said the textile industry concentrated in Bangalore, people from all over the city into the search for work, therefore, increasing urban population density. As a result, the textile industry from now on the edge of the region to shift to various areas to provide employment opportunities.
