Inspection found that 22 batches of unqualified, the weight of 3405 tons, with a total value of 5,540,000 U.S. dollars; batch failure rate as high as 84.61 percent, the weight of a failure rate as high as 87.33 percent, with a total value of a failure rate as high as 87.38%; total of help business-to-go permit claims 50,000 U.S. dollars, imports and effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of cotton enterprises.
